Dragonfly Protector
I was delighted to see this dragonfly resting on my Balance seed plot fence! Dragonflies eat a lot of pests, including mosquitoes, gnats and flies. I remember watching a dragonfly in Minnesota devour a swarm of gnats, on the wing, right before my eyes!

Balance Boy!
As I mentioned in my recent "Breeder of the Week" interview with North Atlantic Seed Company, I have a small breeding project with my Lamb's Breath Balance line. The seed mom tested 3.5% THC and 3.5% CBD. Through selective breeding, I hope to increase the levels to around 10:10. I'll report back after harvest and the Balance seed mom flowers have been tested. In the meantime, here are two pics of my Balance Boy. (Note the purple stems and heavy pollen sacs! Great stem rub odor and high vigor.)
Irie Male Selected!
My Irie Select seed mom last year tested over 26% THC and 4.88% total terpenes. I had some vigorous Irie Select males with incredible stem rub odors to choose from, but I've made my selection and now I only have one! He's a big, branchy beast with lots of balls! I'll post more pics, once his flowers open and he starts throwing pollen.
Irie Select Girl Sneak Peak
Below is an Irie Select girl who is just starting to show her stuff. I love those reddish pistils, and can't wait to see her in full bloom! She's already getting sticky!
Crushed!
I have been sending seeds through the US Postal Service since the DEA ruled that all cannabis seeds are legally hemp since the seeds themselves contain less than 0.3% THC. I hadn't had any problems until recently, when a customer informed me that 6 of 20 seeds arrived crushed. I promptly sent him replacement seeds and have taken steps to strengthen my packing.
